Remembering What God Placed Inside You
True divine wisdom and creative gifts are not gathered from the world. They are recalled from the eternal truth living in your soul.
The Exhausting Search Outside Yourself
So many believers live under a quiet, exhausting weight. You go from teacher to teacher, book to book, searching for that missing key you think will unlock your spiritual life. Yet beneath all that running around, a heavy sense of stagnancy remains. You feel like something inside you, a divine gift or a creative calling, is sitting completely untouched. Hear me on this: when a gift given by God is left unused, it begins to feel like it is dying inside you.
The Materials Are Already in the House
Consider a builder standing in a home filled with lumber. If you have all the wood in your house, all the two-by-fours, the nails, the measurements, and the saws, you do not need to go running outside looking for more. You already possess everything required to build. All you need to do is see the shed.
The issue is never a lack of divine supply. The Father has already furnished your soul with every raw material necessary for your growth and authentic expression. What is required is visual and creative application: receiving that inner vision that allows you to organize what is already present and speak it into reality. When you stop looking for spiritual answers in places where they are not, you begin to recognize what you already carry.
Wisdom Is Remembered, Not Acquired
You do not gather divine knowledge from the outside world like an acquired skill. It is remembered. Hear this in your spirit: when you remember something, it is already existing. When something comes to your memory, it comes from somewhere already within you. You are not an empty cup waiting to be filled with foreign ideas. You are awakening to an eternal truth that has lived inside your soul from the beginning.
Think back to the divine expression you had when you were seven years old. As a child, you expressed yourself freely without waiting for permission or looking for worldly approval. That expression was never lost; it was merely covered over. Calling your creative expression back does not mean you must paint traditional religious pictures every day. Religion often forces human gifts into small, artificial boxes. True divine expression is simply allowing the authority of God within you to shape how you speak, write, and build.
Every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess that Christ alone is Lord.
Philippians 2:10-11
This ancient promise points to a quiet, universal awakening. It speaks of the moment every single human soul stands in their own Christ-knowing. The divine presence is not confined to a single distant figure. God is bringing His work to completion through the collective whole, raising up His truth within humanity from the inside out.
When you remember something, it is already existing. When something comes to your memory, it comes from somewhere already within you.
How Creative Light Rises
Unreleased divine energy does not stay quiet forever. It creates an inner tension. Down in your diaphragm, a quickening light begins to move. This energy can bubble, this energy can simmer, this energy can boil. And as it rises, it moves directly into your heart, seeking an outlet to enter this physical world.
The natural outlet for this rising light is your voice. When you speak, create, or act from a quickened heart, the mental density that held you stagnant begins to break apart. You are no longer out here striving for external validation. You are simply giving form to the life God placed within you.
Clearing Mental Stagnancy
A simple breathing practice to clear internal blockages and bring you back into spiritual clarity.
- Sit quietly and bring your full attention to your breath.
- As you inhale through your nose, imagine a clear divine light scanning over your body, starting at the crown of your head and working its way down like a photocopy scanner.
- See this light removing, deleting, and dissolving all density, heavy stagnancy, and dark shadow energies from your mind and body.
- Exhale fully out through your mouth, letting go of all mental fatigue and resting in clear awareness.
Releasing the Inner Voice
A simple physical practice to release dormant creative energy through your own authentic expression.
- Take two slow breaths in through the nose, exhaling gently through the mouth.
- On the third breath, draw that air deep into your diaphragm and release an audible vocal sound as you exhale.
- Hold your focus right there in your diaphragm, feeling that quickening light active within you.
- Let the energy bubble and rise straight into your heart center, then speak or express an honest truth to let that energy move freely.
Reflection
- Where in your life have you been looking outside yourself for answers or validation that God has already placed within you?
- What form of divine creative expression did you enjoy when you were around seven years old that you have allowed to go silent?
- What truth or creative work is currently bubbling in your heart, waiting for your voice to give it form?
Returning the Light to the Source
Awakening what is inside of you is never a project of human self-improvement or personal performance. Real transformation is an operation of divine grace. God does not ask you to manufacture power out of nothing. He simply asks you to recognize the lumber, the tools, and the eternal light He has already placed inside your soul. As you yield to His presence, that dormant gift comes alive, and your work becomes a direct witness to His living truth.
